I like the location. It's close enough to downtown but it's also centrally located to go to other nearby communities. The rooms are nice, large, and very clean. And the morning breakfast is a nice touch.

The staff was amazing while we were there and after. I had a question regarding Bonvoy acct and the call center was so rude. I called the hotel and Cathy(?) helped me and was so patient and professional. Please give her a raise.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. We love it because they have an indoor pool (the water was freezing, but the kids didn't care). We will stay here everytime we come to visit our family!!

The breakfast Smelled wonderful! Unfortunately we had to leave. before serving time. We got coffee and the sweet lady preparing it told us she had grits and oatmeal ready, along with muffins and bagles to grab something to go. The rooms were very clean and fresh smelling. Staff was very friendly

This was the first time at the Fairfield. It was a little costly, no rates for seniors or thru AARP. It was very clean. Breakfast was great. Service was good as well.

I love the friendly staff and cleanness of the hotel. We have been coming to stay here for about 3 years now. Everytime we come and stay it is always a pleasant experience. We don't want to stay anywhere else but here.

The cookies at night were a nice touch after a long day out on the town. Room service was excellent. I loved coming to my room and seeing it look so nice! The breakfast was great!
